It takes a long time to build trust, but it can be destroyed it in an instant, so we don’t throw words around flippantly or make promises that we don’t intend to keep. Simply put, we are true to our word.
Words are meaningful
Some builders hold clients at arm’s length, but that way of doing business doesn’t work for us. Every job we do requires that we build someone else’s dream. Most of the time, these dreams have existed for years (or even decades) in our clients’ minds. Understanding their vision means that we have to get personal.
Selective with clients
We take our relationships with our clients extremely seriously — and we don’t enter into them lightly or without consideration. We only take on a few projects at a time, which gives us room to get to know our clients, understand their vision, and make sure we fulfill expectations.
